After eyelash grafting, why should dry eyelashes with a hair dryer?

 

 

01.   Case sharing

 

Before I came up with this topic, I talked to four shopkeepers of Eyelash, asking whether there were any abnormal phenomena in the process of blow-drying eyelashes for customers. Here, I would like to share two cases of the same use of hair dryer to blow eyelashes.

 A:

After a customer grafting, I comb and manage her eyelashes according to the normal process. When I was ready to blow the customer's eyelashes, the customer said, "It has taken so long to connect the lashes and comb, can it be done without blowing?"

 I said, "If you don't dry your eyelashes, you might smoke your eyes."

The customer said that she did not feel smoky eyes, now to the point of something hurry to go, do not need to blow.

And then I couldn't insist and just rip off the tape, and the customer left.

The results...

The same evening the customer complained that his eyes felt a little smoky and that the whites of her eyes were slightly red.

B:

I was complained by a customer, so I remember it better.

One of my grafted customers found his left eye glued together 2 days later and came to the store to complain. Later, it was found out that the reason was that I didn't dry left and right eyelashes according to the procedure.

When I was done, I thought I only needed to blow on one eye.

Because I grafted the left eye first, then the right eye, and by the time I was ready to blow the right eye, the left eye was dry, and I thought I didn't need to blow dry the left eye at all.

02.   Why blow-dry eyelashes?

 

Because when blowing, can let the air flow, will bring the moisture in the air, accelerate the eyelash glue surface early curing, shorten curing time of glue, is to some extent, reduce the risk of eyelash falls (increase the firmness), on the surface of solidified over, the heat dissipation is not so obvious, reduce the risk of ocular thermal reaction.

The blow-dry eyelash glue is for the follow-up inspection of eyelash adhesion. The surface solidification of a lot of glue is incomplete during your grafting process. The correct step should be blown first, and then check adhesion, because in the process of blowing, the surface of the glue is not completely cured eyelashes will adhere to each other.

This is the example of the shopkeeper B in the case mentioned above. The left eye lashes glue was not dried, and the customer walked out of the store directly. As soon as he blinked and blew his eyelash, the eyelash adhesion appeared.

 

Remember: Dry the lashes before checking can make lash extensions not stick together truly.

 

 

03. Why use a hair dryer to dry your eyelashes?

To blow away the albino produced during curing.

 Cyanoacrylate system eyelash glue will produce albino during the curing process, if these albino accumulation, the eyes will produce a strong irritation, and cause allergies.

There are three kinds of tools commonly used in eyelash drying shop: mini hand-held fan, hair dryer for grafting eyelashes, and ordinary hair dryer.

Mini-handheld fans may not be able to completely blow albino clean. In addition, if you don't blow for long enough, it can also cause uncleanness.

The hair dryer specially for grafted eyelashes, which is advertised as a professional blow for your eyelashes, doesn't actually blow up any of the eyelash glue, let alone completely clean the albino.
