deeply and soundly. But the artificial light produced by electronic devices
suppresses the secretion of melatonin in the body. It takes two to three hours

asleep even when we put down our phones. The best way to get a good night's sleep

Other tips to help you sleep better
include dimming your bedroom, replacing an incandescent light with a warm night
light and keeping curtains closed.
Secondly, cutting down on caffeine
before bed and drinking less tea, coffee, cola and milk tea also helps. So if
you have trouble falling asleep, try to limit your "happy water" to
before 5pm or in the morning.
Finally, there is a strong correlation
between falling asleep successfully and feeling better. If you're feeling
stressed and anxious, try yoga or meditation before bed, and put on headphones
to play white noise or soothing music. They can help you calm down and fall
asleep faster.
In short, sleep is a very daily and
important thing. Life is hard enough and you deserve to be loved better by
yourself -- not by staying up late at night, but by giving your body and mind
the best rest possible.
